An institution built by a soldier
Namaskar, I am Ratnadip Bhaduri. After proudly guarding our nation's borders in the Indian Army for 20 years, I am now a retired veteran. The Army instilled in me discipline, integrity, and the dedication to execute every task flawlessly—and the scars from enemy bullets on my body still remind me of those days of active service.
Following my retirement, I saw countless unemployed young men and women around me struggling to earn an honest living and become self-reliant. That is when I made a decision: to continue serving my country, I would replace my rifle with resin and a heat gun. That very drive led to the creation of “Fauji Resin Craft & Resin Art”.
Our mission is to eradicate unemployment and foster self-reliance. Through an intensive 5-day hands-on training program, we teach the complete craft of 3D Epoxy Flooring and Resin Art. However, we don't just teach a skill—we provide the complete roadmap on how to stand on your own feet, launch a successful business, and establish yourself respectfully in society.
